Craft workshops

Come with us to the old days when Moran was brought out of the village in spring, the harvest was celebrated and feathers were plucked in winter. Come to our farm to stop the cycle of hectic everyday life. Give yourself a few hours of active relaxation. We offer themed workshops for groups in the cosy farm shop.

CURRENTLY ORGANIZE

Sheep wool workshop for beginners- 2600 Kč per group + 100 Kč/person/materials

  • workshop led by a professional lecturer
  • duration 3-4 hours in the morning, maximum 9 participants
  • washing and combing of wool, spinning (spinning wheel, spindle, other)
  • felting (wet/dry), pre-forging techniques
  • free parking, tasting of goat products included

Creation from sheep fleece - 375 Kč/person

  • Short workshop on the simple processing of sheep’s wool using the wet felting method lasting 1.5 hours
  • Minimum of 3 persons required

Cheese making for beginners - 375 Kč/person

  • cow’s or goat’s milk processing workshop of 3-4 hours
  • we will talk about the history of cheesemaking in Wallachia, all the necessary milk treatments, pasteurization and the influence of food and stable environment on the quality
  • we will teach you the basic rules of cheese making
  • make fresh cheese and cordials
  • the course includes an excursion in the stable and a tasting of our production
